I'm Logan Lyle. My work sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology — I've spent my career building and running the systems underneath a business, not just advising on them from outside.

I co-founded and helped scale Wellyfe, a pharmacy benefit management company, through to a successful exit in 2026. Since then, I've been consulting on process optimization, technology, and automation, and building software and automation systems for my own use — including Simon, a personal chief-of-staff system I designed to handle the operational load of running several things at once.

I like problems where the constraint is real — a regulatory requirement, a finance close, a process that has to survive contact with actual humans — and I'd rather build the tool than write the memo about the tool.
